It was a joy to capture the Basescu family a few weeks ago as they all got together for the first time in forever. I know these grandparents were ecstatic to have all their kids and grandkids in one place. So special! ❤
It was a joy to document a trip to Long Hunter State Park with the Howard family a couple weeks ago, soon after baby Mills turned a year old. I am hopeful that Anna and John will be able to look back on these photos and remember this very sweet stage that Mills is in! She is a curious, playful and sweet baby (with some beautiful parents, might I add!)
BeLinda, a dear lady that I work with at Dalton Public Schools, has wanted family photos for a while. We had originally scheduled a session for earlier this year, but that weekend her daughters and grandson got pretty sick so we had to cancel. Little did she know, her daughter who lives in New York was planning a surprise trip back down to Georgia for her 60th birthday. Her daughters planned an elaborate scavenger hunt for her, including getting her hair and makeup done before the hunt ended at Chattanooga’s Coolidge Park for our surprise session! She was overjoyed and we had to stop several times to help her not ruin her makeup from crying tears of happiness.
Let me tell you this family is #goals. They love each other so well. The joy they have being together is so evident and was so easy to capture on camera. I sure hope they cherish these sweet photos for years to come as much as they cherish each other!
Yes, I realize that it is now a week into 2019, but I realized I never posted some sweet Christmas photos I got to take for a new family in December! While I was shooting with Jessi and her dhttps://haleycharltonphotography.wordpress.com/2018/12/18/christmas-with-your-pup/og Eva, Jessi’s dear friend Gabby and her two little boys, Nash and Anderson, came along for the ride! Jessi is the boys’ godmother, so of course she jumped in some of the photos. The results are just precious because they are such a happy, magical little family! I truly hope I can capture their family again sometime.
